Brain Tumor Support
At our 15th Anniversary Celebrations at the Bristol Beacon we supported a Local Brain Tumor Support Charity.
From January 2025 Jelli Records adopted it as our Official Charity. We will be collecting for them at all our events. You can find out more about them at Brain Tumour Support

Guide Dogs for the Blind
Jelli Records was a long-time fundraiser for Guide Dogs for the Blind. We supported the charity by sponsoring Guide Dog puppies during their training; Jelli, who is now a working dog in Cumbria, and most recently, Judy and Toby
​
After Sammy retired in July 2021, we now have a new resident Guide Dog called Peter who regularly attends Open Mics, Songwriter nights, and Festival Stages run by Jelli Records with his owner, Andrew.

Steve Parkhouse
Director
Director Steve is a well-known figure on the Bristol Music Scene, having been dubbed Bristol’s very own ‘Mr Music’ in an article featuring Bristol’s Arts & Culture Power List. Steve has more than earnt this title, having been music chief at Bristol’s beloved Folk House, Concert Manager at the equally inspiring St George’s, one of the UK’s leading concert halls for 6 years and now concentrates full time on Jelli. Steve was also a director of BCFM where he hosted the Jelli Records Bristol Music Show for over 6 years.

Steve has always helped local musicians, promoted gigs, run stages at festivals, DJ’ed his own radio shows, but until 2008, he hadn’t ever had a single ‘banner’ under which to unite his extra-curricular musical activities.

Jelli Records was the answer (if the question was, ‘what did Steve do about this?’)

Brian Inglis
Director
Brian Inglis is a very experienced musician and published songwriter. He has also worked as consultant within the music industry running various music related workshops and as a visiting lecturer to colleges in the SW of England. Brian is very active and well known on the Bristol music scene and understands the problems faced by musicians working in the industry.

Brian is very pleased to be working with Jelli Records.

Nigel Lowndes
Associate Director
Nigel came on board the Jelli Record team in 2024. Born in Cheshire he has lived in Bristol for over 30 years and and has many years business and IT management experience to help with the running of things. ​

Nigel is also an experienced musician and songwriter who has performed at many of Jelli Records' events.

Retini Dunleavy
Associate Director
Retini is the latest addition the Jelli Records team in 2026 and we are very pleased to have her on board . Born in Jakarta, Indonesia, Retini was raised in Queens, New York before settling in Bristol, UK. Retini brings many years of experience working in education to the team​

As a performer Retini has been part of the Bristol Music Scene for a while and also helps run many of Jelli Records events.
