Barry performed as a solo singer/ guitarist in The Hatchet, The Rummer
and The Mauretania in the 60’s/70’s before embarking on songwriting.
One of his songs was taken by Colin Blunstone (ex Zombies) and his song ‘Throwing Stones’ caused a stir in  the Bob Geldof camp. Barry formed the band in 2010 and continues to be a prolific writer of catchy country songs with engaging lyrics and songs about the Bristol area. Respected agent John Miles has been quoted as saying ” in 50 and 100 years from now people will still be playing Barry Walsh songs”.
